The Evo Red is the latest addition to the lineup of direct replacement turbocharger upgrades for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. The stock manifold and 02 housing are able to be re-used without any modification. To increase performance you may look at adding the the Buschur Racing fabricated & coated 02 housing as well as our porting and coating service for the exhaust manifold.

The Evo Red features a 56 lbs. Compressor wheel and a larger turbine wheel.

On a completely built car on the Buschur Racing Mustang Dyno this turbo put down 530whp/463trq on Race gas.

The Evo Red will come to your door as a complete turbo. Includes a 10.5 hotside and new OEM wastegate actuator. An upgraded high boost wastegate actuator is an option. This option is an additional $65 fee. Please mention you want this at the time of ordering. No core is required for the turbo. An installation kit (sold seperately) will be needed if you are installing this on a 2003-2005 Evolution. This is a direct bolt on for the Evolution 9. This is a BRAND NEW modified Evo 9 turbo.

It is also HIGHLY recommended by Buschur Racing to go through our staged packages before upgrading your turbocharger to ensure that you have the correct supporting modifications before you upgrade to this or any other aftermarket turbo.

PLEASE NOTE: Buschur Racing HIGHLY recommends adding the porting option for this turbo. It can be found in Evolution section under Turbo Upgrades which is where you found this item.

IMPORTANT NOTE:This turbo features a 12 month warranty. You must activate this warranty within 30 days of purchasing this turbocharger by returning the warranty card included with the turbocharger and a copy of your receipt if purchased from a supplier other than Forced Performance. Please contact us directly if you have any problems or questions regarding your turbocharger, disassembly of the turbocharger will void the warranty.
